4.2 You agree not to list prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal substances, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any other items violating applicable laws.

4.3 You shall provide accurate and complete information regarding the item's condition, price, and any other relevant details.

4.4 You agree to fulfill your obligations and complete the transaction promptly after the sale.

5. BUYING

5.1 By purchasing items on our Platform, you agree to pay the agreed price to the seller within the specified timeframe.

5.2 You acknowledge that the seller is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and condition of the item.

5.3 If you have any issues with the purchased item, you should contact Bullion Link directly to resolve the matter.

6. DISPUTES

6.1 You agree to resolve any disputes or issues directly with the other party involved and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

6.2 We are not responsible for any disputes arising between users of our Platform. However, we may assist and facilitate the resolution process if necessary.

7. PRIVACY

7.1 We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Platform.

8.2 We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8.3 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. MODIFICATION TO THE AGREEMENT

9.3 By continuing to use the Platform after such notice, you agree to be bound by the modified Agreement.

10. TERMINATION

10.2 Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this Agreement will cease to exist.

11. GOVERING LAW AND JURISDICTION
